How to Contract for Exhibit Space

Contracts submitted for virtual exhibit space must have each of the following in order to be processed:
1. A description of all products or equipment to be displayed within the exhibit space (brochures, videos, social media are acceptable). Right of Refusal: CPHRNB reserves the right to refuse rental for virtual exhibit space to any company whose materials are not, in the opinion of CPHRNB, compatible with the general character and objectives of the Exhibition.
2. Payment: full payment of the total rental cost, plus 15% HST, to be submitted with your contract. No space will be assigned or finalized until all contractual conditions are met and full payment has been received.
Virtual Exhibit-Space Costs
VIRTUAL Booth: Standard Rate: $1500.00 per virtual exhibit space, plus 15% HST tax.

Any contract received after the early-bird date (January 8, 2021) will be subject to a $100.00 late fee.
Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing on or January 8, 2021 for a full refund (minus a $200 administration fee) of monies paid. If space is canceled after January 8, 2021, there will be no refund, and CPHRNB will retain as liquidated damages all monies paid.
