Contracts submitted for exhibit space must have each of the following in order to be processed:

1. A description of all products or equipment to be displayed within the exhibit space (brochures are acceptable). Right of Refusal: CPHRNB reserves the right to refuse rental of exhibit space to any company whose display of goods, service or equipment is not, in the opinion of CPHRNB, compatible with the general character and objectives of the Exhibition.

2. Payment: You will receive a link in order to submit full payment once your contract has been received and approved.

Exhibit-Space Costs

In-Line exhibit booths available. Standard Rate: $1500.00 per each 8×10 exhibit space.

Each Corner: $200.00 Additional cost

Exhibit Space includes:

An 8×10 in-line dressed booth, a six-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, power, and Wi-Fi

Each booth will be numbered, with your company name and logo

Any contract received after the early-bird date (March 20, 2020) will be subject to a $100.00 late fee.
*** Minimal corner space is available and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis with full booth payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing on or before March 20, 2020 for a full refund (minus a $200 administration fee) of monies paid. If space is cancelled after March 20, 2020, there will be no refund, and CPHRNB will retain as liquidated damages all monies paid.
